Investment Structure

Fixed Fee

€ 1,500.00

Implementation Phase

Includes:

  • Strategic oversight 

  • Project management 

  • Partner coordination 

  • Quality assurance 

  • Ongoing consultation 

Hourly Rate

€ 100.00/h

Time Tracking Approach: 

  • Hours will be tracked and documented for all project work 

  • You'll receive detailed time reports showing:
    - Tasks completed 
    - Time spent on each activity 
    - Progress achieved 

  • Monthly invoicing with itemized timesheets 

  • Pre-approval required for any work exceeding 20 hours per month 

  • Regular updates on hours used and budget status 

External Services

All additional specialized services will be billed separately.

Including but not limited to: 

  • Copywriting and content development 

  • Website design and development 

  • Visual design and branding 

  • Photography and documentation (if needed) 

  • Technical documentation 

  • Any other required specialist services 

These services will be: 

  • Quoted separately before engagement 

  • Managed within agreed budgets 

  • Coordinated as part of the overall project 

  • Invoiced directly by service providers 

My role includes managing these external partners, ensuring quality, and maintaining project coherence (covered under the hourly rate).
