Our proposal is to start with the core part of the project - user experience design.
This would entail two main parts:
• Interviews with your users
• Creating wireframes
We see that it's going to be essential to get feedback directly from your users and make sure the platform is going to be intuitive to use and that we're building what they actually need and not what we think they need.
Part 1: initial version of wireframes

To start, we'll create initial wireframes based on project requirements and our own ideas of how to make the platform easy to use. For some areas where we will be unsure on what's the best solution, we will prepare a few versions to compare.
Part 2: user interviews
400€ + VAT per user interview
After creating the initial version of the wireframes, we would set up calls with your clients so we can present the ideas and gather feedback. During the call we would walk them through the wireframes, explain functionality as well as present multiple versions to see what they prefer.
A minimum of 4 users is recommended to get broad enough feedback. Ideally, we would have 5-7 interviews.
Part 3: finalized version based on feedback
1,200.00 € + PVM
2 weeks
After consulting your clients as well as discussing the wireframes with you, we'll create another round of finalized version that we will be confident to proceed to design with.
Design phase
Total price and timeline
~9,600.00€ + VAT

After confirmation of wireframes, we'll get to the design phase.
These are preliminary prices as they will greatly depend on the result of wireframes.
UI style setup and design system
~1,600€ + VAT
The UI will have a shared design system created in a Figma project. This will ensure consistency throughout the system and act as a guide for developers to implement it in code.
Part 2: UI design
~8,000€ + VAT
This is a preliminary price for 10 unique pages of the platform.
