Branding
Logotype with 3 directions to choose from and up to 3 major rounds of amends for the chosen direction. Pricing option 2 will include main branding assets like business cards, presentation, social media design.
Concept & Wireframing
We will create wireframes to define the structure and content of the website, making sure that the right information is easily accessible and navigable to your viewers.
Design
Art direction, look & feel. By the end of this stage, we would have typography, style of pages and layout established and to be used in further work. Once we have a clear direction, we would create high fidelity designs.
Data visualisation
Storyboard and concept of the presentation, design and animation as well as development for a fast-performing code, usable on any device.
Custom graph design
We would create custom design for graphs that could be used on various articles and reports.
Implementation
Making our designs and ideas come to life with WordPress as the content management system.
Responsive design
We would make sure the website is easy to use on any screen size.
Quality assurance
We would test the website on different devices and browsers to make sure there aren’t any bugs.
Light website design with off the shelf solutions for data presentation
Extensive and bespoke website experience, with interactive elements for data visualisation, tailored articles and reports design.
The following work is not included in the proposal, however, it can be added for an additional price if needed.
SERVICE
DESCRIPTION
Hosting services
The client is responsible for buying a hosting service where the website will be deployed. However, we will advise and help in buying one and set it up for you.
Changes after design approval
Once the design of the website is approved, any additional changes to the design will be charged by our hourly rate of 70 USD/h.
3rd party integrations
We are happy to integrate third-party systems (analytics, tracking, newsletters, etc.) into the website using APIs and codes, but we will not handle the setup or configuration within those systems.
Website maintenance
We offer 6 months of guarantee for fixing any bugs that are caused by our development. Bugs that are caused by 3rd party software or services are not included in the guarantee.
Browser and device support
The website will be tested for bugs on latest versions of browsers and devices. Any outdated and not used versions will not be tested.
Website performance
The scope of the project includes a guaranteed fast and quality performance of the website, however, we don’t ensure any specific performance score, such as Google Speed Test.
Stock photography
The stock photos or videos, if needed, will need to be reimbursed by the client.
